Become A Patient:

Drop by during the Mobile Clinics and pick up a Request for Services Application to become a patient of the NorWest Community Health Centres. Your application will be reviewed to determine if they are able to offer appropriate care to meet your health needs. You will be assigned to a Nurse Practitioner.

If you have an urgent concern, such as; Coughs and colds, Fevers, Ear aches and sore throat, Infections, Pregnancy test, Sexual health, Birth control, HIV testing, Hepatitis testing, there is a walk-in clinic at the main clinic site in Thunder Bay located at 525 Simpson St.

Nor West Community Health Centres Walk-in Clinics Weekly schedule is:

Monday to Thursday 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday p.m. 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m
